After twelve years in corporate America, I traded conference rooms for kettlebells to pursue what had quietly become my life’s calling: empowering people to move, fuel, and live better. A decade of lifting, a lifetime in the kitchen, and and deep study of human performance keep teaching me the same enduring principle: real, sustainable change emerges when evidence-based science is paired with mindful intention.
