If you’re tired of going “all in” for a few weeks, falling off, and starting over again, you’re not alone. I help busy Clippership residents build a plan they can trust — and the consistency to actually stick with it.
Hybrid coaching means you get a clear plan to follow online, plus the option to layer in 1:1 sessions in the Clippership gym when you want more hands-on support.
What’s Included in Coaching
All Clippership coaching includes a mix of:
TRAINING
Personalized gym programming built for the Clippership gym (or your usual gym/home setup)
Education on why strength training is your primary focus for long-term health, body composition, and confidence
Exercise form review so you feel safe and solid in your main lifts
NUTRITION & HABITS
Simple nutrition frameworks: building balanced plates, eating out without “blowing it,” and hitting realistic protein targets
Habit systems for meal prep and planning, plus aligning sleep and exercise so you’re not fighting your own schedule
Strategies for when life gets in the way—travel, busy weeks, low-energy days
MINDSET & ACCOUNTABILITY
Mindset tools to bounce back quickly when you “fall off” instead of starting from zero
Weekly check-ins (async via feedback forms) so I can adjust your plan and keep you on track
Monthly progress reviews and goal setting so you see what’s working and what needs tweaking
Ongoing messaging support within agreed hours so questions don’t pile up
Premium options also include monthly calls on top of the weekly check-ins for deeper coaching and planning.
How it works for Clippership residents
Step 1 – Join the coaching list
Fill out the short interest form to share your goals, schedule, and where you feel you need the most support. This helps me see whether hybrid or online-only coaching is the best fit.
Step 2 – 60-minute consult + movement assessment
We’ll meet in the Clippership gym to talk through your history, do a movement screen (squat, hinge, push, pull), and map out a 3-month coaching plan together.
Step 3 – Choose your hybrid level
You’ll get an online program built for the Clippership gym, light nutrition support, and regular check-ins. From there, you can choose to:
Train with me 1x/week in person, or
Train with me 2x/week in person, or
Start with online-only coaching if that fits you best.
Either way, you’ll have a plan that works in your real life at Clippership — not another “start over” moment.
